The Advisory Council is a body which helps the board and committee members of QBDBD. They can all ask the Advisory Council for help and advice at any time.
The Advisory Council has been established to advise on difficult issues. Some advice is issued at the request of the QBDBD board or of the committees’ own accord. The advice is not binding and there is therefore no obligation to follow it. If the Council considers it is important that members express themselves about pressing issues, it can convene a general meeting of members.
